Copyright Notifications
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide WiseVid with a written notification containing at least the following information
an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the WiseVid Site (URL)
your address, telephone number, and email address;
a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement by you that the above information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. .
You acknowledge that if you fail to comply with all of the aforementioned notice requirements, your notification or counter-notification may not be valid and that WiseVid may ignore such incomplete or inaccurate notices without liability of any kind.

If WiseVid finds that a user is continually abusing the DMCA process, either with filings that appear to be invalid, Hoax, or by continually re-posting content that is the subject of valid DMCA notifications, we may exercise our right to terminate the abusing party's account.
